crystalsperduto hi sorry they won't let us talk in the chat anymore. I'm almost positive if there are major stains like in photos u sent. that's on Poshmarks end. so hopefully they fix this problem. I apologize. I def didn't send out the bag like that. now I wish I took pics before I packed it..😞

halesd3 @crystalsperduto I believe it! It almost looks like ink or something it’s weird I can’t tell for sure,could have definitely happened at the HQ or in transit. Not sure what next steps are, hopefully they will cover it if I send it back to them? I am so sorry for this hassle, I was so excited for the bag it was going to be an Xmas present to myself 😭
