It does cover the additional shipping charges over and above the $6.49 on PM (5 lb limit) and any additional insurance to cover the value of item. As stated, I have been in touch with Viktoria Strauss regarding repairs. I’ve reduced the coat from the original asking price towards buyers repair costs.
