How does the sizing run? True to size or big/small?

@tbronkella Well it's supposed to drape in the back but it's also very stretchy so I think it can cover alot of sizes. I can measure it flat later if you'd like.

@tbronkella Can't find my tape measure so had to use a ruler, looks like about 18" flat, stretches to over 24"
