kevcheer I had a pair of Merrell boots that lasted many years, but the last pair I bought (“new” on offer up, the sole came off after wearing them only a few times. The repairman tried to glue them but they just opened up again & he said is was something faulty with the design & rubber. I am hoping that was a one off and not representative of a decrease in quality of the brand which would be sad.
