how do these run size wise?

@jetpusherxr hi, The psycho bunny website states that a size 5 is basically a medium in men’s shirts. My son usually wears a medium to large and it fit him. The exact measurements are 28.5 inches in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt and 21 inches across the chest, totaling 42 inches total for the width of the shirt.
