These are one of the original cross training shoes from On Running. My foot specialist recommended I get shoes with only a wide toolbox, and I had this nearly brand new pair. I probably wore them 5–10 times to the gym. They are in terrific shape, and offer flexible souls, with a very low heel rise. Good for walking, running, training. Really heated to give them up. I had four pairs of them. They no longer make these, they were my favorite style.
