Asymmetrical handkerchief skirt with drawstring waist, side slits and a bottom gauze layer. It has pockets but I wouldn't say they're functional - they're VERY shallow. The bottom gauze layer is very delicate so you'll see some loose threading at the hem as well as a small tear at the inside waist. I tried to include pictures of everything but let me know if you need more details! Waist is 19" flat across without any drawstring cinching. o/s sizing is listed on website as 0-14 I purchased this brand new and wore maybe 4 times total. It looks a little more worn due to the frayed underlayer but I think that's intentional with this fabric.
