Hi there! I'm just touching base to let you know that I shipped out your order days ago at the post office night drop. I'm hoping that they'll scan it soon for you to see where it is. I just wanted to assure you that the delay isn't on me and that I hope it gets to you soon.

Good news! Your package started tracking and it will be delivered today. It seems that my post office in TX or any postal delivery person scanned the tracking code until it reached NY. I'm relieved that it's not lost and you will have it soon. 😊
