fourgails @soul_alla1703 Hi - Regarding the sale terms between you and the purchaser, work with the purchaser and/or contact Poshmark Support (email) if needed. Re shipping, Poshmark emails a shipping label shortly after the sale. The purchaser pays the shipping fee. You package the item(s) and mail them via Canada Post. I hope this helps! fourgails Oh ... re the money, once the buyer accepts the delivery the money is available to you to use for other purchases or to receive via direct deposit into your bank account. Take a look at the Poshmark “Frequently Asked Questions”. From the Poshmark App, select your closet name on the lower right, then scroll down and select “Frequently Asked Questions”.

fourgails @soul_alla1703 Hi. How long ago did you ship them? After Canada Post scans the shipping label Poshmark sends a shipping notification. Generally it happens quite soon after the scan.

fourgails @soul_alla1703 Check the Order Status and see if it says “Shipped”. If it doesn’t you may need to contact Poshmark Support. Did you see Canada Post scan the Shipping label?
