rebounded @cheamelly Hi Melanie! Poshmark contacted me and reported that during their inspection of the Prada bag, they could not find the shoulder strap. I responded to them to let them know that the strap is located inside a small cotton dust bag, inside of the tote. They are going to double check, since the strap was included with the shipment. If for some reason they don't find it, I do have extra original straps for this bag that I can send to you. Let's keep in contact to work through this. Thanks!
