zhae0124 @justjackets I do apologize because I had the wrong sender that I was trying to get ahold of, but I never received the item that you sent. The website also said it was delivered but I assure you it never was.

justjackets @zhae0124 I think the next thing to do then is to to contact your post office. Everything is tracked now with gps. They can tell you exactly where and when a package was deliver. For instance if it was mistakenly delivered to one of your neighbors. From what I have heard they can track it down for you.
