shelski99 Hi there! I saw that a case was opened on the Coach item you purchased. I mailed the exact item that the picture was taken of. What is the problem with the wristlet? Thanks, Shelley

yazzyfreshh @shelski99 Hi Shelley, the main picture on your listing shows a coach wristlet with a small leather coach tag, and a small zipper aside from the handle.. The wristlet sent to me did not have the leather tag and uses the whole handle as the zipper. They are very similar, but the wristlet in the main picture on your listing is different. I really wanted one exactly like the one depicted, I had mine stolen recently and I was hoping to get the exact same style again.

shelski99 @yazzyfreshh thank you for responding. I understand what you’re saying. That’s a stock Photo of the picture from the website I purchased it from. However, there are a few pictures posted of the actual item. I sorry this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for. I normally sell on eBay and have sold only a few items through this site. I guess we will have to wait and see what Poshmark says from the Case filed as I’m not exactly sure how they handle issues.

yazzyfreshh @shelski99 thanks for understanding, I should’ve looked more closely when I bought it, but I figured it was the same as the stock photo. They are minor details that were easily missed but I’m sure I’ll be able to send it back to you without a problem. The one you sent me was in perfect condition, I just had that really specific style in mind. Thanks!

yazzyfreshh @shelski99 to be honest with you, I’m just as new to the site as you are. That was my first purchase. However, the return policy clearly states that if the item is different, they just send me a return label to get it back to you and give me my money back. I’ll let you know as soon as I do!
