suzansantos Hi Wendy, This is Suzan, you just purchased a pair of runners from my closet. Thank you for your order and checking out my closet. I was just packaging your order and noticed that they look smaller then a size 8. I tried them on and they fit right. I checked sizing and in Europe size 38 is smaller then our size 8. I am not sure what to do in this situation since I am a fairly new Posher.

suzansantos I don’t want to send you something that you will not be completely happy with but I am not sure if you can cancel or if i you I would like me to still mail them out? It is my mistake for assuming that the 38 was the same as our size 8. Feeling terrible please let me know what you would like me to do?

wenz1 @suzansantos Hi there. Sorry for the late reply, I just got home. My foot is an 8-8.5 so it’s likely they won’t fit me so if we could cancel the order that would be great. I very much appreciate you reaching out to let me know. I should have looked at the size comparison myself. Thank you for your honesty. You are a great posher.

wenz1 @derekchang85 Hi, I did not receive a Canada post parcel notification in the mail but your message sparked me to look in my email. I have a delivery notification which includes the tracking number. I can pick up after 6pm tonight. I’ll accept the order as soon as I receive the package. Thank you!

derekchang85 @wenz1 sounds good. If they didn’t even attempt delivery and automatically sent it to pick up you should complain to Canada post. They are technically supposed to buzz you or leave packages at your door if it’s a house

wenz1 @derekchang85 Usually they do so this is odd and not to have a slip left is very odd. The postal worker I spoke to said I will have no issue with the email notification and could call earlier to see if the parcel is there yet. I will keep you posted.
