closetmeister I got your note & contacted Posh 4 guidance but all rules I read indicate there are no returns unless fraud. I bought a sweater in med that was too small & didn't return because no-return policy & even if were permitted, if u picked another item u would have to pay full shipping & signed confirmation since this would be considered an "offline" transaction &

closetmeister Poshmark tracking would not be in effect therefore no way to confirm 2nd item received. I believe that's why there is no "credit" mechanism. I relisted item that didn't fit to stay within rules. So until they contact us & give special permission or other guidance PLEASE DO NOT RETURN SHOES AT THIS TIME.

closetmeister Also i took item off sale on two sites & lost the NINE WATCHERS who could have purchased them for a higher price plus i would incur relisting costs that would also have to be adjusted for. I took your offer which I would not have if there was an opportunity for return. Hope u understand that this is the POSHMARK policy. Hope you had a happy holiday, best wishes in the New Year

closetmeister I understand u are not asking for refund but rules of Poshmark state no returns. You only paid $20 --to return them if allowed would cost u at least 6.95 additional to get them back to me. Then whatever U pick out the shipping of that item to get it to u would cost you additionally there as well. I canceled listing on another site w/NINE WATCHERS & relisting would cost me additional. Please do not return shoes until POSMARK CONFIRMS ITS ALLOWED. I contacted support when I got your note.

nickiebird @closetmeister Im going to let you keep your shoes and the 20.00 and hope this can help you out beacause I'm not home each day to check my packages from poshmark so I have to do them when I get home. I'm new at this so if I didnt know I didn't know I hope we dont have to go thur poshmark so you can resale the shoes and keep the money for all your trouble. I'm sorry for trying to do what I thought was right

closetmeister I honestly don't know what else to say either. It isn't the $$. It's following the rules. And it is not $20 it's $16 after the Poshmark fee. I am relatively new as well. I just do this as a diversion. I try to be fair, kind, considerate to everyone. I don't tell people what to do I ask. This has taken far too much time for both of us. Poshmark should not be stressful. It clearly says NO RETURNS. I will not respond again until Poshmark makes a determination.

nannyharper @nickiebird hi and welcome to posh! Hon I am very flexible with items and this is in reference to the Sterling spinner ring. I had to decline the offer as it was too low. By the time posh takes the fees I am actually losing a lot on this ring as I paid much more. Thank you for the interest tho and please come back. I wish you all the best & HAPPY POSHING!
