I noticed you rated your experience with me 4 stars for a large amount of reasons such as item description, item cleanliness, packaging, seller responsiveness, ship time, & other. I was wondering what I specifically could have done better as I wrapped your package in tissue with a thank you note and shipped the next day after your purchase with tags still attached as described:) item was certainly never worn :)

daena_j @juliaokocha Hello, I know this is late, but try not to feel bad. They did the same for me as well. Some people are just never happy no matter what. I shipped same day, wrapped the item very nicely & included a thank you card (as always) and still got the same feedback as you from this buyer. I always get compliments on fast shipping and packaging so this is a first for me lol! Heads up to sellers, if you don't want your rating negatively impacted from this buyer, reconsider 😊

scrumble49 Hi Tyler! Thank you for your 4 star rating. I see by your comments that you were unhappy with my responsiveness, my packaging, my description and the cleanliness of the item. Frankly, I am astonished and quite dismayed. I acknowledged your order and shipped the item the very next morning, it was immaculate and brand new and wrapped in both tissue paper and a gauze gift bag, in a waterproof mailer. It was accurately described in the listing with good photographs. What exactly was wrong?
