Good morning
I wanted to take a moment to message you and let you know I read the note you left. I feel terrible that you’re so disappointed. I’m so sorry that the jacket was misleading and ended up running much smaller than the tag states. I thought adding measurements would help eliminate something like this. I strive to make each and every transaction one that my customers will love. I wish there was a way I could turn this around for you
