Hi, when I purchased the bag I thought it would be brand new which meant the tags and everything would still be intact. Upon receiving it, the tag had already been cut off but included. It makes it seem like you have used it a couple of times (just an assumption). So my issue is if it were brand new shouldn't the tag have been on it still? So if it was already used, I would like a refund.
