Hi Toby,
I’m truly so sorry for canceling your order. My husband and I recently moved and he got 3 extra storages. A fellow first responder helped him move, not me. So he threw away tons of my things including the box that had your Dooney & Bourke and all of my Michael Kors bags in it. I’m absolutely heartbroken 💔
He told me today that, I thought you said I could give it to goodwill or throw it away?
I’m so very sorry 😢 for this, I truly am.

@tweetypi As to the Dooney bag you purchased from me; the measurements were listed IN the description AND in the pictures. That's not on me. Your low rating is unacceptable but nothing I can do about it. Warning to other selllers out there. This buyer sent me an offer an a rare Dooney bag; I accepted but she did not accept the order. I had to wait for the system to accept it and only a week later did she leave me a low rating.
