@tessazang It truly is like brand new. I think you have seen my reviews from people buying my things. I have only used the bag maybe twice l for the past 7 years?…. I just wanted to share my things in my closet since covid. My nephew helps me with loading photos and info since I’m tech challenged. Crazy thing is I just sold my birkin bag to a stranger I met on the street on Friday. It’s fate…. You can trust me the bag is in mint condition. 👍👍👍
