Hi you purchased a bag from my page and when I went to send it I noticed a scratch on the bag . I’m sorry it took me so long to get back with you . I have posted a picture of the scratches. I just checked tracking. It's being held as undeliverable as my business address is temporarily closed.
As there was a delay in shipping, I wasn't able to change the delivery address before the state government imposed a shutdown which began Tuesday.
I now need to drive to an out of town Post Office to pick up.
Sorry for the delay!
