hollyshanger Hello, I noticed you have me five stars and then you reduced it to 4. I put the earrings in a durable mailing envelope with bubble wrap. I felt that I wrapped them safely, more so than other jewelry/Kendra Scott earrings I have received through sellers on poshmark. I always strive to protect items as much as possible and sometimes I use recycled material for the environment and sustainability. I am sorry you if feel that it was not sufficient.
