Hi, you just purchased a dress off my account but for some reason it is having trouble generating the shipping label. Is your address up to date in your account? I contacted customer service but it says it could take 24 hours before they get back to me.

When troubleshooting online, some people mentioned it might be that the buyers address is not updated. Just wanted to check with you while I wait for customer service to respond to me.
