Hey 👋 glad you finally received your mug! But honestly a bit surprised about your rating of 4 stars! I lowered the price for you and Its brand new mug in original packaging and i securely bubble wrapped so it would not break during shipping! U mentioned responsiveness as area of improvement: i shipped it next day and the fact that it took a week to get to you is because it was Christmas week!and there were delays which i kept you informed of!

If the package arrived to you and the item was not damaged then there should not be any issues! Obviously postal shipping delays are not under sellers control
