allybelovely Hi Tamara so what Poshmark support said is that Poshmark “does not support exchanges” so they said this order has to be cancelled and you’d have to rebuy the item in another listing which will include the pink goddess tank you chose.

dymplzrn @allybelovely The money for the pink bralette was taken from my account in the amount of $24.51. I have mailed back the incorrect item (denim shorts) and now you are asking me to purchase the bralette again. I’m confused why I would pay a second time for an item I will surely not receive since I didn’t receive it in the first place. Please refund my money or I will need to escalate this issue further through Poshmark.

allybelovely @dymplzrn Poshmark told me that they’re refunding you and they will not give me your address to do an exchange. I communicated this several days ago to try to keep you in the loop.
