live2lovexo @ladylv4everl you would have to contact poshmark and open a claim. They would have to open a case. I’ve never had a return before so I believe the only way to resolve it would be through poshmark. Otherwise we would have to pay to ship.

kyliecassidy @ladylv4everl Hi Susan! I recently sold you the white coach bag that should be arriving any day. When i shipped the white bag, i also shipped a black bag to another Susan. I did not realize you both had the same name and I swapped the labels by accident. I have reached out to poshmark and the other buyer.

kyliecassidy Poshmark should be sending you a label so you can ship the black bag to the buyer who received your white bag, and she will get a label send you your white bag. I am so so sorry for the mix up and apologize.

I work as a private care services. I can send the bag to your other customer sussy 1b1on Monday if i will get the shipping label when I get back home on Sunday.

ladylv4everl @dinacfabfunky ok, I'm too busy person this merchant is terrible I'm slso tired emailing them. They got the money and the items this is the 2nd time happened to me with them. It's ridiculous how they run their business. After this issues happened I don't shop anymore with this merchant (Poshmark). There's a lot of good merchant on website which is also brand names that I can shop too.

dinacfabfunky @ladylv4everl if it were an accidental purchase then the order should have been canceled within 3 hours or before the seller (me) ships it out. Poshmark typically can’t do much if the order is canceled after it is shipped out

ladylv4everl @dinacfabfunky when i found out after 3 days I emailed Poshmark right away that the item was accidentally purchased and I asked them not to shipped the item but still Poshmark did it anyway. As what you said after 3 hours to cancelled it but i really don't know when browsing too fast i accidentally punch the item.
