roxiebean Sue, trying to respond to your private message but it wouldn’t let me send it. It got damaged in shipping then. I’m surprised b/c I wrapped it so well. You’ll need to contact Poshmark & see what the procedure/policy is. I always take videos/photos before I ship out to document the item & how I wrapped/packed it, which I’ll gladly share w/PM when they contact me. I’m so very sorry it wasn’t handled more carefully by USPS.

suebockrath @roxiebean hello, I went to my post office this morning and they did admit it could of been their issue to why the canister had broken due to one of their carts tipping over on Friday. So clearly their fault. I should of checked there first, clearly a post office issue. Thank you for being helpful I will make sure you get your payment. No fault of yours what so ever. Sue
