ninasjm Hi there, you purchased a Rae Dunn granola jar from me on Jan 10. I just wanted to let you know that I did ship out same day but for whatever reason the postal service hasn't scanned the package. I'm not too worried about it since it has happened before where they don't scan/update a package until delivered not sure why this happens.

ninasjm @steveb2020 Yea not sure what's happening, I did ship it and I notified Poshmark about the issue and they are looking into it as well. I will contact them again and I'll will let you know as soon as I know more. Sorry about the inconvenience.

ninasjm @steveb2020 Hi there, poshmark had no luck tracking the package so they have considered this package lost, they said they will refund you. I still have some of the canisters available if you like you can repurchase it.
