@stefaniefree Hi Stephanie, tracking states your Vans sneakers were unable to be delivered as access denied, but also states they are available for pickup, since April 1. Haven't seen this before. Will you be picking up soon?

@staceysstore721 Yes ma'am, just picked them up! :) There were some delivery issues since our office is closed and they wouldn't leave it at my door. (I tried.) But I was able to go to the post office today. Thank you!
