stacydyyz @princesspea466 hey yes sorry Poshmark emailed me about another item a few days ago. I’m currently away and my sister was dealing with receiving the packages but informed me that she had lost the mail key 😐 The issue is, in my building they deliver the packages to a Canada post mail box which they put a key in your personal mail box (which I don’t have the key for). Since I don’t have access to my mail box I can’t get the key to retrieve the package..... I’m not sure what the next steps is.

stacydyyz @princesspea466 I believe so! Here’s what part of the email said: “ so we have provided them with a new one. They can simply tape this over the old one and take your package back to the post office or drop it in a Canada Post mailbox. “
