I just wanted to reach out about a mishap regarding a purchase a handful of months ago! I wanted to apologize for the cancellation of the American Eagle Shorts you purchased from my page. I never would have intentionally not shipped an item, the app was temporarily uninstalled and therefore I hadn’t gotten the notification. I understand that was frustrating.
