@sconnaughton1 Sophie I'm sorry you did not have a 5 star experience. Your coat was steamed and lint rolled. I also used Laundress wool spray which smells of cedar. It refreshes and prevents moth damage. I did not see any broken buttons. My apologies. Leslie
