So sorry that the item broke! I ask PM to refund you for the entire purchase, the shipping USPS priority mail comes with $50 insurance included. If they don’t refund you I got you. Sorry that happened I thought I packed the hell out of those cups enough to thwart ant potential mishandling by the mail gods :(
