briefcaseartist @sheilajones2472 You will need to wait until the item is delivered and the person rates you. You will see a green money sign in your app and you will click that. You will have the option to set up you payment method to send directly to you or wait so many days and so on. You can also chose to use the money as a gift card and use it towards items in other Poshmark stores as well. I hope that helps a little, please feel free to ask me any thing else.
