katsglitznglam I don't understand why you chose to leave a 4-star rating? All my items are clean before I ship them. The shipping time was perfect. I mailed the item out the next day. If there is a delay it's due to the carrier. I am sorry you felt my item was not up to your recommendations. You are welcome to send it back and get a refund since you don't feel the brand new item is up to your standards. I understand you have the right to your opinion..but please make sure its accurate .
