fashiondiva382 Hi, thanks again for your offers. ☺️ Sorry, I just don't have a lot of wiggle room on the FP top. I'm a reseller and with 20% in Posh fees, sometimes my flexibility is limited as compared to people who sell their own items. My counters are always my lowest. But I treat Posh like a serious business with great reviews to go along with that. I do have other items that may work better. I'd be glad to tag you on anything you may Iike. One more question about the top. You list the color as orange. Would you say it has a coral or red in it or just orange?

grubedoo5 Hi. Thanks so much for the fast shipping. I hate to ask but can you explain the return policy to me? The top is a bit big (stretched with time think) and there is a hole at bottom right where stitching is coming apart. I have no sewing skills so I can't fix. Do I just send it back to you? Sorry, again, never done this before.

But they will grant a return for damage to the item that was not disclosed. As long as you provided a pic showing the issue, they will likely grant your return...

fashiondiva382 Once Posh reviews the case you opened, they'll make a decision. If they decide in your favor, they will email a return label to send the top back to me. Again, I'm very sorry for missing this. I've sold close to 400 items on Posh, but have rarely had a legitimate case opened.

fashiondiva382 Also, when you message another member outside of their closet, you have to put the @ sign before their closet name. Otherwise, they won't see the message. I came to your page because I saw you'd opened a case. I wanted to ask what the issue was. Now I know!

fashiondiva382 @grubedoo5 Posh never sends the seller the pics provided in a case that's opened. It's okay. They'll make the decision based on that.

fashiondiva382 @grubedoo5 Yes, they don't have an option to select to work things out with the seller, unfortunately. There's no way to know this being new, but most sellers will work with you in instances like this before a case has to be opened. Especially ones with lots of great reviews. 😉 No worries, I think you'll get your case approved since it's damage I missed. Thank you for letting me know what your case was about!
