Hello, I had ordered the same bag from another provider and it arrived damaged due to imprints from the metal buckle on the leather. If possible can you cushion the metal buckle between the buckle and the bag to avoid this problem? Or, if it is within your shipping charge can the bag be sent in a box? The previous bag was sent in a bubble mailer enhancing the possibility of the damage.
Sorry if this seems a bold request. I just want to avoid another disappointment. Thank you.
