Hi - I see you received your shoes and rated me 3 stars. I am so sorry you were not completely happy with them. I tried to describe them as accurately as I could but if there is something I could have added to improve please let me know. I hope you are still able to enjoy them! Teresa

@aseretmarie hello! I have asked all my family and we did not receive the shoes which is really weird because I received two other pairs of shoes that same day.

When I track the package it says: April 12, 2018 at 10:04 am , Delivered, Left with Individual, CALIFORNIA CITY, CA 93505 - You might want to speak to your Postal carrier because it say they actually left them with a person. They were delivered at 10:04 am - that might help to know who might be there at that time. I hope you are able to sort this all at so you can get them!
