@ruthmcgary27 the money shouldn’t have been deducted from your account until you confirm you have received the package. Their policies may have changed since I order something in September. I will double check

@ruthmcgary27 I just did a quick Google search and found out if you click on your account, then click my sales, select the order, then select problems/order inquiry, and click cancel order. Poshmark will then immediately process the refund. Again, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.
