Hi Ruth! PO says you rcvd order on Mon..? Upon rcvg, buyer is to “accept”… or not… items shipped…accurate, packaged nicely… some write thank-you cards… until the buyer accepts the package, seller doesn’t get paid 🙃 Oftentimes, buyer will also write an addtl note with their acceptance, called a “love note”… so future buyers can see type of seller the person is… reliable, fast shipper, good communication, etc… just a little FYI for you 🍁💕🍁Thanks again for your order❣️

@hdnurse Hi! I did hit the accept button 🤦🏻♀️ not sure why it says pending?? I’ve looked at it every which way - and it doesn’t show up for me to accept anymore so hopefully it goes through! So sorry - the products are wonderful! Thanks so much! Now if I can get my motivation by hitting a button all would be good!

@ruth_carlson 😂 lol… I don’t know what to tell you! Sometimes I get a separate email from Poshmark telling me I have received my order and I need to accept it… did you get one of those? Maybe try going in that way? Or I’ll do some investigating and see if there are FAQs somewhere offering solutions…How frustrating! I have never encountered this problem before…so sorry!

Ruth!!! You accepted the order!!! You just didn’t leave additional feedback… that’s probably why you kept clicking away and it wouldn’t let you continue…? I think there’s a button that says “edit” somewhere… maybe that’s just for buyers who initially typed in additional messages…? Regardless… you did your part!
