Hi Ruby, the purse you purchased from me is authentic. They said they couldn’t confirm so they cancelled the order. I’m sorry for your inconvenience, but I guess I’ll take it to the Louis Vuitton store where it was purchased and get them to authenticate. Thank you and sorry.
