Hello, the purse you purchased was sent out and arrived at your location on Nov, 7th. Unfortunately a signature is required and no one was there at time of delivery. The purse has been sitting at the post office waiting to be Redelivered. You have to call the post office and schedule this delivery with the tracking number you've received.
