wendyinyuma sorry to hear about your experience. it sounds like a manufacturer issue and out of my control .keep in mind, a used pair of $11 shoes are not going to be in perfect condition nor were they described as such .changing a good review from when you first received the merchandise to a bad one weeks later is quite unfair. perhaps had you contacted me and given me a chance to resolve the issue there would have been a better outcome but at this point we will part ways. have a good day.
