shopheiress Hi! I’m shipping today :) the pendant has oxidized, and unfortunately Tiffany’s is closed at the moment. But if you take it to any Tiffany’s store once they are opened, they clean it for you free of charge, and have it back to you sparkly within a few minutes! Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you can understand given the circumstances. I would’ve gotten it cleaned for you myself prior to shipping if it was open! Do you still want it? Let me know 🥰

shopheiress Hi, I saw your review of the necklace. I’m so sorry it worked out the way it did, poshmark has its own guidelines regarding returns/release of payment that are out of my control. I by no means meant for anything unsatisfactory to occur. I left multiple messages for this account hoping that it would be seen and addressed, I postponed delivery to make sure it was approved by this account, but ultimately sent it because I didn’t want to delay longer than I already had.
