Hi Ron! Welcome to Poshmark! I see you live in Detroit. Wondering if you have noticed an improvement in the neighborhoods, jobs, etc., in the past few years there? I watched a doc on streets that were ghosted, littered, etc. & a bunch of empty factories about 8 yrs ago or so, but saw a more recent one showing much improvement!
