poshangel1 I'm sorry you were unhappy with the sweater size. It wasn't shrunk. it was brand new and I never wore it.

cafechiffon Hello why did you pay for the order if the eyeliner wasn’t there. I put the eyeliner in the plastic bag along with the conditioners. I opened the lil black box and looked at the liner and placed in in that plastic bag. What do you think happened. It couldn’t have fallen out the box because so put it in the plastic bag

cafechiffon Please Tell me how I could improve. I wrapped your conditioners individually taped them down Put them in a plastic bag I wrapped the slippers in beautiful wrapping paper. And added a beautiful Thank You card. Please let me know for the future how I can improve

cafechiffon I also do not believe that you would have paid for this order if the eyeliner wasn’t included. I am not pressed for money. I do right by all my customers. I would absolutely not do that to anyone
