Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the heels! I bought them from a thrift store and didnt realize they were broken. Instead of accepting the order you should have requested a return and refund from poshmark!

I was on vacation when I received the package. I didn't accept it. After 72 hours it automatically accepts it. It wasn't until I opened them did I realize it. Regardless you shouldn't have sold them without proper inspection. Very dishonest and irresponsible
