Good morning! I just wanted to check in and 1st, say thank you for purchasing the Kipling bag but 2nd I looked at the tracking and it hasn’t been updated since the package arrived in the fulfillment center in Jacksonville, FL on August 5th. I know USPS is crazy slow for some reason but do you want me to contact Poshmark? You should have had the bag in 3 days and we are working on 10 which is ridiculous. I just wanted to check in with you first and ask your opinion. Thanks again! - Kristen
