I am totally shocked by what you described you got in the mail. If you look at my pictures the paint is fine and I would never ship out junk. The only thing I can think of is that in transit it banged around so much it literally knocked the paint off the balls. please send me a picture and compare that with what I showed you online. Also look at my other one, just like yours and you will see that is perfect and got a 5 star rating. I am truly sorry but I did not ship out that way.
