poshmi45 There is no reason to open a case because the post office has been delayed. It affects my rating as a seller and the app as a whole. It’s very disappointing to see that this is what you were doing.

persiobencosme @poshdmv9 sorry that your rating my get affected but if you would had sent the right item with the order I would had gladly accepted but the order says shorts and I got the shirt. That’s also the wrong attitude “it gets there when it gets there”. I opened the case since I got the shirt not the shorts and the apps want me to to accept that I got the shorts which I have not gotten yet. That was your mistake, not the post office.

poshmi45 @persiobencosme well since both orders are sent to the same address that’s on you and the post office. Do you think Poshmark distinguishing on order number? Obviously if one thing arrived, the other will as well. Just be patient.
