easyglam I’m sorry you haven’t received your item but why are you giving me such a low rating if you didn’t receive it? I shipped you a beautiful dress in amazing condition for a great price on time. I do not control what happens to the item once it is in usps hands. The item says it was delivered to you, so why would you rate me and my shop poorly on something that has nothing to do with me? You have to contact usps and poshmark this has nothing to do with me. The rating affects my shop.

easyglam Hi there. Poshmark notified me that received your funds refunded back to you for the purchase even though it was delivered. I hope you are able to locate it. However, I do not have anything to do with the item after it is delivered to your home, and your rating was based on you not able to find package at your home which was refunded.
